We're getting the bling, coach Scott Earley (right) tells his players of the state championship Class AAA rings. And, the best part is, we don't have to pay. It's all paid for. The team defeated Chester High School on Saturday winning the state title. The players gathered at Doug Shaw Stadium on Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, for a celebration with other Myrtle Beach schools. Each player was awarded a medal for participating in the game. The rings, which are to be delivered in several weeks, are being partially paid for by former Seahawk Brandon Frye with the rest of the tab picked up by the booster club. Frye is currently on the roster with the Miami Dolphins. Photo by Janet Blackmon Morgan / jblackmon@thesunnews.com
